Paw Paw Post Office - 1833

Alexander Howard, the town's first postmaster, lived in this home, which also served as a post office, stagecoach stop and small mercantile. The interior is restored to an 1840s appearance. Originally built in the Greek Revival style, later 19th century alterations offer features of the Gothic Revival and Classical styles, including the addition of the wraparound porch.
